Wow ! It has already been a year !
I remember how it first started on cold day of NY Winter, the infamous Loic (Le Meur pour les intimes) was launching the X eme version of Seesmic, and of course there was some French cool geeks attending… Philippe Coup-Jambet, Ilan, Mathieu Nouzareth, entre autres … in the middle of the conversation , we just thought it would be nice to have French Tech Meet-up juste pour nous les Geeks…
So few months later the NY French Geek was founded. We found our HQ thanks to Emmmanuelle that welcomed us at The Bubble Lounge so warmly !
And it is always a good time for me, I have met so many amazing people: like our icon Henri Kaufman who travels from Paris to meet our group (entre autres), our twitter master Bertrand , and the ladies of course! the sweet Travelin’Girl , Chrystel my leopard competitor , the lovebirds and regular whom I missed Chrystelle & Jeremie, and so many more…
So for our first birthday we are working on making it special for all of you, with goodies from Producteev, NY French Press, and more …
